I have a rash on my hand under the tumb, going up the thumb. I have had now for a month. It is red in the center and raised a raised white ring. The white ring gets tiny blisters and then they pop and ooze a clear sticky fluid. I have had a doctor look at it and they thought it was ring worm. I have been using Lotramin AF for approx 3 weeks. There has been not improvement. I do have scalp psorasis but this does not resemble the scaling of psorasis. The skin is tighter, has more wrinkles and is very itchy at times.
