Suggest Remedy For Rashes In Children

My son is 4 years old and has developed rashes all over the body in the form of picklies. He also has fever since 4 days.
Was treated for the allergy by giving allegra and criocin and calsoft.
As the rashes did not subside and have increased the dermatologist now gave azithrol liquid 200 mg 6 ml once for 3 days
How many days will it take for this to be cured.
