Suggest Remedy For Rashes Due To Allergy

my daughter who is 1 and 5 months old is sick with allergy. she has many rashes and i already gave her celestamine drops as prescribed by her pediatrician. but the rashes keep coming out even with the said medicine. is it okay to give her cetirizine?

Atarax (hydroxigine hydrochloride) is the drug of choice.
Local application of calamine lotion will give much relief.
