Suggest Remedy For Rashes And Dry Flaky Skin On Forearm
My daughter has a rash on her forearm. Her skin is dry & flaky white the way your skin appears when you ve been sunburned & the skin peels. That dry dead skin white flaky look. She says she was sweating working out, blisters appeared on her arm that were itchy & upon scratching the skin turned flaky white.
