Hi I got sunburnt where it is raised red and rough. it is not dry but itches. I am using a damp cloth and aloe vera cooling gel. Is there anything else I should do? Would it go down soon? I am using the damp cloth two days now and the aloe vera today only.

Hello,
Sunburn is an Inflammatory reaction of the skin.
It will settle down on it's own also over a period of time. For speedy recovery,
Aloe vera is a good option. You can add Flutivate cream Morning Evening for 1 week only. That will help it go down fast. It's a mild steroid, so stop it after a week. No significant side effects on Local application.
