Suggest Remedy For Puss From Callus Removal

A few weeks ago I stepped on a very small wire, about the same width as a needle and the length of a thorn. At the time I couldn't see it to remove it so I decided to let it work it's way out naturally. However, it didn't, and the skin of my foot grew over it. Today I decided that I should remove the "wire" as the pain was great and I feared it would only get worst. So I carefully removed some of the callus around the area. Once I got to the "wire" brown pus leaked out. I pulled out the "wire" and applied Neosporin to the area, which is now a hole. So my question is should I worry about the pus that came out?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that if this is the piercing injury and formation of pus is there then this need to be treated with anti-biotic and the best option is Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day, take care and have a nice day.
