My son is 2 months old. He had 20pus cells in his stool and redcing substance was positive, was given anti bios and lactose free formula. He got better for 4 days and ow I feel the nfection s bac, got his stool tested and puss cells are 3. Will he need anti bios again? Ho w can I prevent this infection? he is breast fed and only takes 1 top feed at night.
