Suggest Remedy For Pressure In The Sides Of Neck And Chest Pains

Male 29 5 9 238lbs. I been having a pressure feeling in the sides of my neck. I had a stress test done last september. as I have pain in the left side of my chest on occasion( I also have a torn labrum in left shoulder...) Anyway Drs said stress test was normal and ekg and echo were fine this is the 2nd time I had a stress test and dr said fine both times. I have lost 31 lbs recently yet I feel very tired and this pressure on the sides of my neck are more common now and still ocassional chest pain on left side.

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of ischemia of coronary vessels leading to your symptoms.I advise you to repeat your ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile,doppler study to confirm the diagnosis.Even though your ECG is normal,you get a Coronary angiogram immediately by discussing your doctor.I advise you to start using clopilet,Ecosprin,atorvas,atenolol to prevent further progression of the disease.Also you may need a cerebral angiogram if symptoms don't subside.I advise you to avoid fatty foods,alcohol,smoking.I advise you to Exercise regularly for 20-30 min.I advise you to avoid stress and anxiety.Meditation,yoga breathing exercises will be helpful.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
