General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome
Premature ejaculation can be treated or controlled with the help of behavioral methods and the medications.
The behavioral techniques need to be practiced during sex and yield results over a time. Even your partner can assist you in some of the techniques like squeeze technique.

The techniques are difficult to explain here but you can just google 'kegel method ' to understand it. For good results it is recommended to have 100 contractions per day which can be divided in three to four times a day as per your convenience.

The other techniques are
1. Squeeze technique
2. Start- stop method
3. Interruption technique
U can choose any of them if they suit you.

Premature ejaculation can also be controlled by medications.

SSRI antidepressant drugs cause delayed ejaculation as a side effect, and this side effect is used therapeutically in the treatment of premature ejaculation.
You can also try long last condoms which will be helpful.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
Take care

Psychiatrist Dr. IJ Ratnani's  Response
Hi
It seems that you have Premature Ejaculation. It is very common in initial few years of active sexual life. It can be treated with Selective Serotonine Reuptake Inhibitors groups of drugs (Available on prescription of qualified Psychiatrist only). There are few techniques eg having sex in women on top position, squeeze technique - squeezing penis in middle of penis by female partner just prior to ejaculation, start and stop technique- taking pause while doing sex when you feel about to ejaculate for brief period to reduce the level of excitement during intercourse and start again.

Premature Ejaculation is the most common sexual problem encountered. And can be managed well with above mentioned techniques. It may take few weeks for optimal response from above techniques.
