Dear service user,
Thank you for writing to healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns to delay the ejaculation as you are going to marry and will have sex life with your partner ahead.
Masturbation in private or with a partner is considered a normal and healthy part of sexual enjoyment. Masturbation is not a disease hence no adverse effects. Sometimes little pain (depends upon some masturbation practices) do occur after it. If you have recurrent pain and causing difficulty in your routine life then you can discuss with your doctor about it.
However, it has been believed by several experts that some masturbation practices cause one to 'learn' ejaculate soon. For example, when boys masturbate in group, there is often 'race to ejaculate faster'. Masturbation is done in privacy and one often have concern 'to finish it fast' for fear of breach in privacy. So one's mind learns to ejaculate soon unconsciously. This does not apply to all. So don't be in apprehension about premature ejaculation.
Following strategies, in combination often help to delay the climax.
1. Stop-start technique of behavior therapy.
2. Female on top with active role.
3. Double condom
4. Medicines like Fluoxetine 20 mg day or Paroxetine CR 25 mg per day.
(To be taken under medical supervision only)
5. Pelvic muscle strengthening exercise. (As if try to hold urine intermittently during voiding)
6. Penile squeeze technique applied at the point of ejaculatory inevitability.
7. Applying a local anesthetic ointment to glans penis prior to penetration.
I hope this will help you.
Wish you good sex life ahead.

Masturbation in private or with a partner is generally considered a normal and healthy part of sexual enjoyment. Masturbation is not a disease hence no adverse effects. Masturbation itself does not cause impotency. It is a myth.
Just go ahead.
Feeling of fatigue may happen after masturbation. If you are having recurrent pain after masturbation which disturbs your routine life, then consult your physician to have a checkup.
I hope this will help you.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Wish you good health.
