Sir I am suffering with premature ejaculation. my age is 48 year. weight is 98KG. I also smoke cigarettes. My sex stamina and erection are to week. I am also suffering with stomach problem, gas and constipation problem. stone in left kidney. mostly my urine is yellow. please advise medicine available in pakistan
