Suggest Remedy For Poor Penetration During Sex

41 years, 56 kg 5 "10"height completely fit. i do regular jogging in the morning and no addictions. my problem is i m unable to penetrate my wife's vagina. i m married for past 4 years. due to it i have lost interest in sexual intercourse ! i do it for sake of doing it not for enjoying it! just like a task! i have tried in various positions but only the tip reaches the vagina in some cases! sometime if i try harder to go inside the vagina my penis starts paining when i penetrate the vagina! instead of enjoyment it has become a war to me! most of time and most positions my penis is not able to reach the vagina! i thought my penis curvature is abnormal! recently i got it checked by urologist. he said it is normal even my wife vagina is normal but small.

OBGYN 's  Response
She might have tight vagina or vaginismus- the muscles of vagina go into spasm. give more time to foreplay. Change the position to she on top or she on knees and enter vagina from back. She may do relaxation exercises or take mild tranquilizers, with doctor's prescription, to relax vaginal muscles.
