Suggest Remedy For Pins & Needles In Arm With Vomitting

HI,I AM A 50 YEAR OLD MALE AND SUFFERED A SEVERE HEART ATTACK 2 MONTHS AGO.IHAVE 2 STENTS BUT AM STILL GETTING PINS AND NEEDLES IN MY LEFT ARM.I COLLAPSED LAST NIGHT AND FELT VOMIT COMING OUT THROUGH MY NOSE.PLS EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS HAPPENING AND WHAT SHOULD I DO. TKU

Hi thanks for using healthcare magic..
Left upper limb pain is significant..more over u had an attack recently..But your cardiologist must have evaluated thoroughly before discharging..So don't get tensed.But it is ideal to get an ECG whenever you feel discomfort.Presently you will be on multiple drugs which can cause gastritis,this could be the reason for vomiting.But as I told earlier it is advisable to get ECG and routine check whenever there is discomfort, to make sure that nothing is going wrong.Please mention your pins and needle sensation to your cardiologist during review.
