Suggest Remedy For Pink Spot On The Lip Caused By Chewing It

Hi I have a pink spot on my lower lip and I need a treatment to cure it. It came from chewing my lips a lot I stopped and it stayed there . it won t heal. It s very pink and the rest of my lip is it natural color . I want to get my natural color lip back .

Thanks for the query..

A pink spot on the lip that is caused by biting can be due to Hematoma formation..
It can also be due to mucous cyst formation or mucocele..
For narrowing down the exact cause you should get a clinical examination done by an Oral Physician..
In case if it is a Hematoma it will get resolved gradually on its own..
In case if it is a mucocele then doing salt water rinses will help in reducing it but if it does not improve then surgical removal has to be done..
