Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Treatment of acne is guided by the severity of acne.
It seems that just topical treatment with clindamycin is not apt to the severity of your acne.
In addition to the topical's, treatment of moderately severe to severe grade of acne also involves Oral treatment with antibiotics.
If I was the treating doctor I would have added Oral Doxycycline Or Azithromycin for inflammatory acne.
Besides Oral antibiotics, Oral retinoids e.g Isotretinoin is also an option in moderately severe to severe grade of acne
Oral antibiotics and Oral Retinoids are prescription drugs, I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region.
Your dermatologist will assess the severity of you acne and advice accordingly.

Regards
