Suggest Remedy For Physical Ailments Due To Stress

Had an extremely stressful morning which resulted in heart palpitations. general trembling, severe headache, slight dribling from right side of my mouth and pins and needles in my tongue. Am 48yrs, long term heavy smoker who left an abusive relationship 10 yrs ago but is constantly under stress from the ongoing insidious emotional abuse through our child - thus thismornings stress. Should I be concerned or just right it off as a stress response as I have done in the past

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have somatoform disorder and in that case, you can try some antidepressant like duloxetine. It would help you to control somatic symptoms and keep your mood in balance. This is not available over the counter, so you have to consult a psychiatrist for that. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. These would keep you relax. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
