Hello, Phimosis is the condition in which the foreskin of the penis can not be fully retracted over glans during erection. There are numbers of causes for this. 1. There may be narrowing of the tip of the foreskin or 2. The frenulum is short or 3. Inner skin is fused with the glans penis 4. Some infection i.e. inflammation of glans penis can also lead to phimosis. There are two kinds of treatment available Surgical and non surgical As you mentioned that only 1/4 th glans is seen i would suggest to go for surgical treatment. Hopes this helps you. Thanking you.
