Suggest Remedy For Persistent Shoulder Pain

Need aim remedies my should blade is really sore belive me I can handle alot of pain its just extremely uncomfortable and I was caused by sleeping on it wrong its these soft beds that kill me I prefer Soild ground or a futon I can t get rid of the bed because my girlfriend loves it.

There are multiple conditions responsible for shoulder pain like muscle spasm,frozen shoulder,arthropathy,or impingement syndrome.

You need to get athorough physical examination followed by mri to get the exact diagonosis. In the meantime start doing physiotherapy and warm fomentation.
