Hi welcome to HCM.... Fluticasone nasal spray relieve headache only if rhinitis is there .... Here you have no congestive symptoms so chance of rhinitis less and so fluticasone doesn t help.... Here three diagnosis evaluated as your CT scan is normal..... 1.migraine 2.Tension headache 3.Hypertension Here for migraine pain is unilateral but you have not throbbing pain and it is not associated with nausea or intolerance to loud noise or bright light . So migraine less likely .... For tension headache (which seems mostly here ) , relaxation therapy useful.... Yoga beneficial.... Simple analgesic like paracetamol can be taken for headache .... While working on computer take some rest ....in between work... Avoid prolonged tv watching .... Check your refractive error also ..... If hypertension there life style changes needed with low salt diet.... Take enough 8 hour sleep. Regular meal taken. .. Avoid stress.... Avoid smoking if have habit ... Hope your concern solved ....
