Suggest Remedy For Persistent Itching On Testicles

ive had constant itch on my testicals for years. ive tried numerous treatments and no permanent relief.i bleed from scratching and its spreading to the base of my penis.i bathe often . im a clean person so what is going on. condition has been going on for years .

Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Soap Induced Dermatitis.
Other causes need to be verified from dermatologists.
Remedy-
Rule out accompanied jocks itch/ or seborrheic dermatitis,as its chronic
Canesten HC cream-locally for 2- weeks
Tab Loratadine -antihistaminics-for 15 days
Keep private hygiene with dilute dettol sponging x 2 times a day before ointment application.
Jocks itch?if confirmed from dermatologist- would need Tab Ketaconazole oral antifungal 400 mg / 14 days
General health upkeeping with Vit -like Zincovit / Good diet with veges and fruits.
