i am 22 year old and i have dandruff which i think is resistant to ketoconazole coz i have used it intermittently and many times with huge gaps.whenever i use it my hair fall increases and i discontinue. i first wash my hair with normal shampoo and then use ketoconazle in the same bath and dont use any conditoner.tell me if this is wrong way or if actually im resistant to keto.i have used fluconazole too,but due to dryness and hairfall ,i discontinued it too.iam repeatedly told that a shampoo can not coz hairfall but i think in my case it does. please help me.its been years now and im tired of home remedies.my dandruff is oily in nature.my menstrual cycles are normal.i have no pimples problm.but i take a lot of stress.i am scared to try haphoral(oral ketokonazole) coz have read that a side effect of it is hair loss.
