Hello All these symptoms stated in the query may be due to flu or allergic bronchitis or cold . Azithromycin is a good drug and help for bacteria . In my opinion you developed bronchoconstriction and this produces cough ( wheezing or whistling sound during inhalation exhalation). When such patient visit my clinic I advise my patient to take monelukast+ bambuterol , once in day but if cough is severe you may need twice in day . Benadryl is also a good cough syrup . Hot coffee and ginger will also provide instant relief. Since this is a prescription drug so consult your doctor for this.
