Suggest Remedy For Persistent Breathing Problem Post Turbinate Surgery

I had turbinate surgery in 2011. Now I am having again breathing problem. Right nostril is having an enlarged turbinate which is restricting me to breathe properly. With this I have pain and pressure in my right front sinus. I am unable to have surgery again. Kindly suggest me some solution. Regards.
