Suggest Remedy For Perforated Ear Drum

Hi, I am suffering from an ear infection and was prescribed Sofradex (3x3drops) by a doctor at the A&E. My ears started bleeding later that day. I ve been diagnosed with a perforator eardrum and was told to stop usinng Sofradex Ear drops by another doctor that day. Today the ENT specialist drained my ears and told me to take 6 drops of Sofradex in each ear twice a day. I m confused as I was earlier told not to use them because of the perforation. Could you please give me a second opinion. Regards Magda
