Suggest Remedy For Paraphimosis

hi doctor, i am 23 years old guy suffering from paraphimosis. it happened due to forceful pulling of foreskin during masturbation. A little blood did come out, now on second day i think paraphimosis edema has occurred. Please tell some ways by which it can be reduced. I haven t told my parents about this condition of mine because i have a very important exam on day after tomorrow. What should i do

Hi,

Do you have difficulty in retracting foreskin usually(suggesting phimosis).

Paraphimosis is edema of glans penis when a forcefully retracted foreskin fails to come back. This causes compression and obstruction of venous drainage and tissue edema.

If this is the case, apply ice bag and try GENTLE manual decompression after sometime.

If it fails or the swelling progress, kindly head to emergency room for correcting. Delay can cause ischemia and tissue damage.
