hi, i am 21 years old :) and have been getting bad panics and worry about so much that i should not be doing at 21!!! it all satrted at work 2/3 years ago a man shone a lil lazerlight in my eye and i had a panic 4 2weeks none stop!!! not eating sleeping and so on.... it has neva gone away in this time and tablets make me worse :(i have 2 STUNNING lil girls and i need 2 get better!!!!!!!!!!! what can ido?
