Hi I am suffering from anxiety attacks. Something happened last week and I cannot talk think or write about it without getting an attack. I feel dizzy like I am going to lose consciousness and I get palpitations. I lose sensation in my arms and legs and I get a feeling of dread come over me. I have also recently started on b12 loading injections for pernicious anaemia
