Hi,

Kindly give some details about your condition that is how many days its been started etc. Yet, the symptoms you described could be associated with various conditions. If you're experiencing a painful throat, dry blood in the nose, and hot and cold flashes, consult with a healthcare provider.

However, here are a few general remedies that might help alleviate some of your symptoms:

* Sore Throat:
- Gargle with warm saltwater (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt dissolved in 8 ounces of warm water) several times a day to soothe the throat.
- Stay hydrated by drinking warm fluids like herbal tea or warm water with honey and lemon.
- Over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen may help reduce throat pain and inflammation.
- Avoid irritants such as smoking, dry air, and excessive talking.

* Dry Blood in Nose:
- Use a saline nasal spray or rinse to moisturize the nasal passages and help clear out dried blood.
- Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly or nasal saline gel inside the nostrils to keep them moisturized.
- Avoid picking or blowing your nose forcefully to prevent further irritation and bleeding.
- Hot and Cold Flashes:
- To regulate your body temperature, you can dress in layers. That way you can easily adjust your clothing likewise.
- Use a fan or adjust the temperature in your environment to help maintain a comfortable body temperature.
- Practice relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing or meditation, to manage stress and potentially reduce hot flashes.

Again, meet your healthcare professional for a more accurate diagnosis and recommend specific treatments.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
