General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM. I want to confirm that whether your doctor said that the lump is reduced. Is so i wanted to know whether the lump was attached to skin and reddish just like acne. If so the ot is due to inflammation of the sebaceous gland. The swelling has decreased due to reduction in infection. The nerves surrounding that are irritative which is causing you pins sensation. Once the infection completely goes of, symptom will vanish.
On the other hand if the lump felt inside, it could be lymphnode enlargement. Kindly get the mammography and take advice from the gynaecologist. My best wishes with you. Take care
