Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Passing stools, once in 3-4 days is normal.
2. You need not meet the doctor now as there is no problem
3. However, try strengthening your back along with proper posture. Take diet rich in vit D and Calcium.
4. Have a fiber rich diet to pass stools regularly. Follow proper stools hygiene.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
