In bladder infections there is a chronic inflammation of mucosa and submucoas of bladder. autoimmune conditions, Poor pelvic hygiene after sex, genetic factors, stress, play main role in development of cystitis. You should o consult the urologist for better and proper treatment Meanwhile take following advice: Avoid stress and start relaxation exercises, Drink plenty of fluids, avoid coffee, tea, alcohol, citrus fluid, chocolate, empty the bladder completely,maintain pelvic hygiene You take medicine like amitryptaline , tramadol, septran with nitrofurantoin, potasium citrate, prednisolone If not responds to above medicine you should try intravesicle BCG injcetion that treat the cystitis by cell mediated immune mechanism.
