Suggest Remedy For Painful Bump In Vagina

I have had two knots on my Virginia in one month the first was a knot but it went away in a couple days. A couple. Weeks later another one came but it has a head on it so I figure its a boil it is very painful. How can I prevent these boils and knots and horrible smell also how to get rid of the boil I have now. Please & thank you

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A clinical assessment is required to determine whether the bumps / boils are in vagina or on the vulvar skin.
Painful boils can develop on vulvar skin.
These boils can be due to bacterial infection of the skin or infection of the hair follicles.
Infection and enlargement of Bartholins gland can also lead to painful lump on vulvar skin.
Offensive odor is suggestive of bacterial infection.
Recurrent boils can occur due to immuno-compromised state.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.
Maintaining good immune status prevents recurrence of boils.
