Suggest Remedy For Pain On Forehead And Nose After A Fall

I fell VERY HARD on my forehead and nose last night. I tripped over a tent tie down, so I flew over on my face. I am now having very bad vertigo and the back of my head hurts. I ve already suffered head trauma 3 years ago when a tree limb fell on the top of my head breaking my neck at C1, C5 and C7. I had sugary with C5/C6 fused. Having been through all of that, I don t want to make an unnecessary trip to the er....would you go?

After going through your query I concluded that you got injury to your face due to fall from tripping off a rope. Now you are having headache. By your mode of injury it unlikely to be head injury but you can get your CT scan done to rule it out. Analgesic such as ibuprofen will be of benefit in pain and headache.
