Hi, I experienced a sharp pain in my left testicle 2day, it lasted half an hour. I had dis pain a year ago nd ignored it as it went away after an hour or two. I have no swelling or lumps but it appears/feels smaller den my right one. Should I be worried

go for simple analgesics like paracetamol and diclofenac and get doxycycline drug twice daily for 10 days
