Can you please let me know which gel i need to use on my pennis during the sex? 2) foresskin on my pennis is too tight, it is very painful to insert in vigna. This is firsttime im having sex. Hello

I read your statement and i understand your concern

I think that what you haveis called a persistent fraenulum. The fraenulum is the little ‘string’, about an inch long, which is located on the side of the penis that is further from the body when the guy is erect. Thats the reason the foreskin is tight.

Fortunately, it's easily removed by a procedure carried out by a urological surgeon.

Kindly consult a urologist and go for a minor surgical procudure
