hi.I am a 40 yr old male .suffering from upper left back pain and similar area in front below heart.taking tablet after check up from 2 days.rantak and c.eco norm for indigestion. pain is a bit reduced yet I feel fullness of stomach and loss of appetite. pl help

Pain the areas you have described usually occurs secondary to either a duodenal ulcer or pancreatic diseases.
I would suggest you continue with your prescribed medication for another four days or so, and if the pain doesn't settle down, or it worsens, or you feel your eyes or urine are going dark yellow, or you have noticed weight loss, or have persistent vomiting , under such circumstances visit your health care provider.
