Suggest Remedy For Pain In Right Hip, Knee And Leg
For the last 11 months I am waking up every single night with cutting type of pain in my Right hip, right knee and right leg. The pain is so severe that I wake up screaming. My doctor is ignoring my complaint and I feel frustrated and exhausted. What advice do you have for me. The pain is severe only at rest and especially when I turn to the right side.

Hello, Thanks for your query.
The symptoms that you are having are likely to be due to a nerve root compression at the level oflumbar spine. You need to get an MRI scan of the area done and consult a orthopaedician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid lifting weights by leaning forward or bending your back. Rather sit and lift the object, Exercises for strengthening your back muscles like lifting legs straight, bending legs over chest, pelvic bridging exercises - twice a day will help you. If the pain is acute, then a course of muscle relaxants and analgesics for a week will do. Please consult your doctor before following my advise
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
