Suggest Remedy For Pain In Knee

While I was playing basketball I shifted to the right and felt a pain on the outer right side of my right knee. I woke up in the middle of the night in pain I have a lump coming out of the outer right side of right knee. It s kinda hard and hurts when I rub certain parts of it knee hurts when I try to bend it!

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Most probably, the bones inside the knee joint have been dislocated. I highly recommend to see an orthopedist as soon as possible to get an immediate treatment. You might need to put your knee into cast too.
