Suggest Remedy For Pain In Hips, Back And Legs Due To Disintegrated L4 And L5

I have a bad back. Disks between L4and L5 have disintegrated. I had a double lamenectomy almost a year ago. Symptoms did get slightly better for a while, but for the past 2 months, I am having the same along with more symptoms. More pain in my hips, across my back and down my legs

Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic,

I am Dr.Naveed Ullah khan,

I have read your question in detail and will try to help you in the best way possible.

I strongly suggest use a flat surface to sleep at nught. Keep ur back straight. Also avoid doing any kind of heavy work like lifting things. Other than that avoid complete bed rest rather continue normal activities. Also take a pain killer like advil as neeses if the pain gets severe. If tgere is still pain then i would suggest to see your neurosurgeon.

I hope this answered all your queries, if you have more queries,I will be happy to answer.

Wish you the best of health.

Regards.

Dr.Naveed Ullah Khan.
