Suggest Remedy For Pain In Heart And Rapid Heart Rate

Diagnosis of coronary Heart Disease Quad bypass in 04. recent Echo and stress concluded trace tricuspid regurgitation with mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. Over the last 6 or so month s I have been experiencing pain in my heart under my Left shoulder blade it comes and goes also at times my heart rate goes increasingly high nitrostat 0.4mg 1-2tbs to bring it down to normal range what are my treatment options?

hi
as such post by- pass surgery your echo shows almost normal findings not to be worried.
if your chestpain is too recurrent even after taking nitrostat it is bettr to get evaluated with the cardiologist
to review with all the cardiac medications
if possible for a re-angiogram to rule out for the patency of the grafts and coronary blood flow
