Suggest Remedy For Pain In Genitals When Suffering From Prostratomegaly

I am having moderate prostratomegaly. I am having pain in the left side of male genitals and feeling some thing is pumped in the tract with pain. I also 2 to 3 times urination during night sleep. I am also having moderate antrum gastritis. Two days back I ate prawns that has promoted dysentry with watery fluid.

i can understand your concern.
i would like to know your age and history of any chronic diseases like hypertension,diabetes.
frequent micturition and urgency for micturition are the most commonest symptoms seen in prostatomegaly.
regarding the pain in the genitals, it can be seen in a few cases.
i would suggest u an ultrasound scrotum.
surgery is the definite treatment for prostatomegaly which would relieve you of most of the symtoms.
kindly consult an urologist and a surgery can be planned for prostatomegaly.
for the pain you can take anti inflammatory drugs like diclofenac which should subside the pain.
