Suggest Remedy For Pain In Arms And Legs Along With High BP
I have been on levoflaxin for chronic sinusitis. Cultures of my sinuses grew out pseudomonas and sarratia. I have CLL and SLL and have to take monthly Ig infusions for my deficient immune system. I had been on the levoflaxin for about 8 days and was having chest pain, tingling in my arms, joint pain in knees, shoulders and elbows and elevated blood pressure (163/112). I have stopped taking the medication 3 days ago but still have pain in my arms and legs. What other antibiotics would work for me? I can t take Bactrim either because I had the same side effects with it.
Your symptoms seem to be related to the sinus infection. The infection cause pain in the muscles and joints. I recommend using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. If the symptoms continue, you may see an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
