EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY. HELP NOW it hurts like crazy when i pee, my pee is cloudy in color and look like there stuff floating in it also notice a white discharge out of the pee hole like cum. i need some help when i use the bathroom it hurts so bad i break out in a sweet and im pushing so... hard i almost and have craped on my self

You most probably have a Urinary Tract Infection. That is the most common cause of the symptoms that you have mentioned. You need to see a doctor immediately to confirm the diagnosis and start antibiotics for the infection. Meanwhile while waiting for the doctor, drink plenty of water to help flush out the infection and prevent dehydration. Take care.
