General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

To control anemia, you need to control profuse bleeding in periods. It can be done by hormonal treatment OR by surgical curating to remove endometrium. Do it's pathological examination to find the cause followed by specific treatment. If you have unbearable- pain and bleeding, you can go to the ER or visit your treating gynecologist tomorrow.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
