Suggest Remedy For Pain During Knee Arthroscopy Procedure

I am due to have a knee arthroscopy on my left knee. it is very painful and seems like the knee joints are rubbing against each other. After reading up on this procedure, I have changed my mind about the operation. Alternatively, I was told I could get B12 injections. Would this heal my knee?

Also, I have only yesterday been diagnosed with polyneuropathy and prescribed Carbamazepine, calcium and Neurobine forte injections (10 altogether). I was previously taking Lyrica 150 mg, while this may have induced sleep and alleviate the pain somewhat, when I wake up, I have to deal with the same very intense burning pain in my feet and the symptoms are radiating up half way to my legs, along with numbness, cramp, pins and needles sensation. The skin on my feet is sensitive and painful. Sometimes I feel very cold in these areas but most times it is intense burning pain in my feet. I feel weakness and a sense of imbalance when I stand. The burning, cramping, pins and needles symptoms have attacked my hands and arms and now I have pain in all my fingers and joints in my hands. There is more intense burning in my feet than in my hands.
Can I get your thoughts, Thanks
