Suggest Remedy For Pain During Bowel Movements Due To External Hemorrhoid
doctor i am 20 years old ...i have been suffering from external haemmorhoid since 1 month...its extremely painful for me especially after my bowel movement....i never suffered from constipation so can this be due to prolonged standing....being a lab technician i hav to stand almost for 4 to 5 hrs continously...can this be a reason for my haemorroids?
Hi. Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Painful motions with development of sentinel pile is due to infected fissure in ano. SenSentineSenSentinel pile is a skin fold that increases in size to appear like a pile. This is no due to long standing. Although you have no hard stools there can be intestinal infection not allowing the healing. Hence I would advise you the following: Consult a Genera Surgeon for examination. Sitz bath in a tub with warm water. Painkiller. Antibiotic and metronidazole cover with probiotics. If medical management fails then you may need surgery.
Take care. Let me know how can I assist you further. Dr T Chandrakant.
