Suggest Remedy For Pain Between Hip And Ribs With Coughing And Vomiting

Hi, my husband has a pain in between the hip and ribs that started about two days ago. He got sick and was vomiting and he said that s when it started. We have tried icy hot patches and cream, ibuprofen, gas x just in case it might have been gas but nothing has seemed to work. He is also coughing a lot and is in a lot of pain when he does. Please help!

Hello!
I would recommend treating the cause instead of the symptoms. Your husbands problem started when he started vomiting and coughing. I would recommend a trip to your physician to have some tests done to find out the actual cause of this problem. Once that is identified and treated, the pain in his hips and ribs will subside.
