Suggest Remedy For Pain And Diarrhea

Hello, yesterday I had diarrhea throughout the day, loose stool, and my stomach has been getting pains. Right in the core of my stomach I feel a pinching pain as well as it feels like something is twisting my intestines inside. What could this be? Also should I visit a doctor? I do not have a primary doctor at the moment

I have read your query .
The problem you had seem to be due to severe enteritis ( Inflammation of intestines) IT can be due to viral/ bacterial in origin.
* Viral diarrhea is controlled within 3-5 days on it's own. Only fluid replacement(ORT, sufficient fluids)to maintain fluid balance , light nurishibg diet (boiled rice, butter milk with a pinch of salt,sugar)along with symptomatic medicines suffice. Here, Antispsmodic pills like diaclomine hydrochloride can be taken for your pains. Take rest.
As you had severe diarrhea yesterday, I think you should visit a doctor to assess your health state. In case of dehydration,( dry mouth, weakness, sunken eyes) you may need IV fluids.
* If there is no control within 3 days, you should consult a doctor for specific antibiotics along with all of above management.
