Hello there,
I am dr.milan an infectious disease specialist answering your question.
Hope i have given appropriate guidance to you.
If your present urine sample is negative than now for safe side we should investigate what it is the cause of pain. Sometimes there is stone or some functional or structural abnormality is there which is not resolve by antibiotic so we need to correct is. So what i suggest you to visit an urologist and ask him to rule out this suggested abnormalities. by means of USG, Xray and for some urinary stream analysis.
if you have any query you can consult me anytime.
Give me star rating, helpful vote & thank you according to your satisfaction level.
Thanking you.
