Suggest Remedy For Pain After Hip Decompression Surgery

I had core hip decompression surgery on both hips. This is the 2nd time I ve had it done. My dr said no limitations, but I want to try and make sure this one takes. Should I be concerned about lifting, bending or anything else. I ve been very sick to my stomach after the surgery. I m taking pain meds and nausea medicine. My dr is at the Mayo Clinic and I am now home in Texas. Should I be concerned? I don t have any fever, but I m sore and tired. Could you give me any suggestions, please?
